A family story, a love story. This is the mantra of Corrado Michelazzo who, from an early age has loved to create dishes for the family bursting with love and creativity. After youthful experiences in Michelin starred restaurants in Europe, he achieved his first Michelin Star in 2004 at the Petit Restaurant of the Hotel Bellevue in Cogne. But the search and the thirst for new challenges led him to Asia for 13 years, first in Shanghai and then in Hong Kong. His return to Italy places him in Saint Pierre, Aosta where full of experience and enthusiasm he rediscovers the taste for experimentations, always with his family at his side, in the Osteria due Passi inside the Hotel La Meridiana where creativity, wisdom and ingenuity lead him to prepare unforgettable dishes.
